Pyrrhus is hot and I want to do stuff with him but he's also a bad person.. I enjoyed that ending but I still felt really bad about it. Hopefully we can encounter him later in the story.
I'm really enjoying your game its really fun. A little disapointed the tiger can't be romanced. But I've already decided to go with Zad if I have to choose someone to romance that or the innkeeper. Depending on how your romance system will work.

Is it weird I expect some kind of lore explanation for the sprite changes and suddenly having a chapter title card after a long time of having no chapter indications?
no lore explanation, only that i'm growing as a gamedev and the little changes reflect that :P my time is consumed by completing certain milestones for rajt right now, but i do plan on eventually taking some time to edit and revise everything + add music and stuff
So after the bad end, none of the new skills show up in the skill list? Not sure if its just a visual glitch or if because we did the bad thing the system decided to not actually give us the skills? Ive only played the Pyrrhus part and it was great btw

I may be mistaken but i thought we'd kept the skills we got during the ratkin error timeline? Though maybe rat affinity was given after the error reset, i suppose i could check but it would probably just be better to ask you.
So, what are your thoughts on how the errors and resets function within the world itself? Do you view it just as an alternate timeline that all but gets destroyed once MC takes a more proper route? Or can/do things like skills and vague memories follow MC one he is made to take the main path? Honestly i don't mind either way, i just wanted to be sure of how you intend it to be looked at since these are clearly going to keep happening XD
Yeah i was wrong about the rat affinity skill, it was given and then you were given am option that would lead to a bad end, so it definitely would make semse that skills developed while on the run with Pyrrhus werent carried over since it all took place within the choice-zone of the reset. Still, im very interested in how you think the errors and resets work in-universe, its such an interesting mechanic that could either have no effect on the story or a massive effect on it. Because of the meta nature of the game both im general and in universe since the MC knows this world isnt exactly 'real' it could be really cool if the MC became aware of the resets and started doing things on purpose that causes them, especially with the introduction of the amorality skill in Pyrrhus' last route, you could have MC purposefully start doing really dark things that will force a reset in order to gather more skills, and have a concurrently running storyline where not much is different except internally MC is slowly becoming more and more dark from abusing people and things in these self created error timelines.
Sorry that was just a lot of rambling XD im really enjoying this game exactly how youre making it so you dont even have to consider my weird ideas haha, keep up the great work!
i left mc's cognizance vague on purpose since oihs isn't meant to be a timeloop story. the bad ends are just meant to be fun little inconsequential content, so i probably won't pull on this thread since it can get very complicated. your theory is definitely feasible though, so feel free to entertain your own imagination lmao
Well, there was a VN where it turned out the villain had the reset button the whole time. The leads remember because 1 of them was cursed and the other had a higher being for an ex-girlfriend.
That kind of thing sort of keeps the complexity down.
So far this Bad Ending with Pyrrhus is by far the best, I mean it's so extended it even has multiple new backgrounds and you still gain new skills... I was lowkey hoping that this became an alternate route, lol.
glad you enjoyed it! i really liked how the bad end turned out as well. the original plan for pyrrhus was actually much longer and i had to cut out most of the bad end story details in the interest of time
anyway, as you might expect, making it another alternate route would be too much of a drastic branch split — much like many other alternative options the mc could have taken (e.g. not following the barist family at all). but this is what writers usually leave for fanfic authors :P

yes, it was meant to be whispered but not entirely unreadable. the error was a tiny mistake i made in the code (i used {size=5} instead of my usual {size=-5}). if i'm not wrong, most players actually won't see this difference (including me, which is why this escaped my attention)
I've got failed skill check when talking to Thyruss (the menacing prisoner)
Then I got a failed to meet scenario requirement after the wolf ran away
I think I got another failed skill check again during another part in the prison segment, anyways, I've decided I won't progress further in the story until I get the skills needed for these scenes
you won't be able to pass every check. for e.g. you can only pass the scenario requirement in the prison if you turn the wolf in during the marketplace event; but that means you'll fail the scenario requirement for something else that requires you to help him during the same marketplace event
I love this game with all my heart <3 Although it's kinda sad that we have to put the wolf in prison for his scene :( Hoping for the good route scene for him; poor boy needs some love :3
...Dude I can't fucking believe how amazing this game is turning out to be. I'm aware that won't last long since all good things eventually come to an end, but while it's still going, it's just Lustful Desires but MUCH better and more unique with the skill system. The only thing I'd love is at least some top content thrown in as well, but so far it works out nicely with bottom only too. Can't wait for more~

The part that says "No. Not Yet" is barely legible.
I haven't seen anyone mention it, yet. (Not a ton of people are willing to go through such a violent route.)

With Tyruss you need two skills, lesser fear resistance and sense aura, I can't remember how you get them, sorry

To get the thief NSFW
You have to put him in Jail (Marketplace event)
Go to the Barracks and approach the young men (You can agree or disagree)
Visit the Prison cells (You don't need to talk to the Prisoners or the Thief for this part)
Go back to the Barracks and choose the third option.
Volunteer, commit, and then nevermind.
You'll meet him there and choose use your skill!
